Exam on the Beach

In " Exam on the Beach", the artist explores the delicate balance between chance and intention. Utilising fluid acrylics in a controlled pour method, the artwork captures a frozen moment of motion.

By manipulating the viscosity and density of the paint, the artist intentionally guides the pigments to form intricate lacing and cellular structures, while allowing the natural physics of the liquid medium to dictate the final, organic composition.

The resulting canvas is a rich, layered exploration of texture and depth, inviting the viewer to lose themselves in the undulating sea & sand and the quiet (not so quiet, as the bronze copper leaf resembles demolished buildings & students) spaces around them.
