Where we ship We ship original artworks and canvas prints to the UK and internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Original Artworks Original artworks are carefully packaged and dispatched within 3–5 working days of your order being confirmed. UK delivery typically takes 2–4 working days thereafter. International delivery times vary by destination — please allow 7–14 working days.

All original artworks are sent via a tracked service. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Canvas Prints Canvas prints are produced to order and dispatched within 5–7 working days. UK delivery typically takes 3–5 working days. International delivery times vary — please allow 10–21 working days.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. 

International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These charges are outside our control and are not included in our shipping costs.

Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@notinthegallery.co.uk within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
